Shipping And Handling
Orders are shipped by USPS using the choices given in the shopping cart. We
ship only to the Continental US. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. APO/FPO - Yes we will ship to an APO/FPO. With the exception of APO/FPO orders we can only ship to the credit card billing address.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Since each individual's sensitivity to heat
varies, our heat level ratings are relative. We are not responsible for product
that is too hot for you.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with-in 30 days of purchase with any of our products
return the unopened product in resalable condition for prompt refund of your purchase price. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. You must
contact us for an RMA number. Returned product will not be accepted with-out
the RMA number displayed on the outside of the package. Please make sure you have a tracking number for the returned product in case it gets lost by the carrier.
